  • Booking a photo session is easy! Simply fill out the contact form, please allow 1-2 business days for response. Once we've confirmed availability and discussed your requirements, we'll schedule your session.

  • We recommend wearing clothing that reflects your personal style and makes you feel comfortable and confident. Avoid wearing clothes with busy patterns or logos that may distract from the main focus of the photos.

  • I strive to deliver your edited photos in a timely manner. Depending on the volume of images and my current workload, you can expect to receive your photos within 7 days after the photo session. I will keep you updated on the progress and provide an estimated delivery date.

  • I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule or cancel your photo session, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances and our availability, we'll work with you to find a suitable alternative date or discuss our cancellation policy.

  • Yes, we're available for travel within the greater Nashville areas as well as Clarksville, TN travel fees may apply depending on the location of the photo session. Please contact us for more information and to discuss your specific requirements.

  • The duration of a photo session can vary depending on the type of session and your specific requirements. On average, sessions typically last between 1 to 4 hours. We'll discuss the estimated duration when you book your session.

Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the services provided by Kandid Keeno, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
  1. Description of Services: Kandid Keeno provides photography services, including but not limited to photo sessions, editing, and digital image delivery.
  2. Booking and Payments: Booking of photography services is subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a booking, with the remaining balance due on or before the day of the scheduled session. Payment methods accepted will be outlined in the booking process.
  3. Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit may be forfeited. Cancellations within a certain timeframe of the scheduled session may result in additional charges. Kandid Keeno reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or illness.
  4. Copyright and Usage: All images captured by Kandid Keeno remain the intellectual property of the photographer. Clients are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal purposes only. Commercial use of images requires prior written consent and may be subject to additional fees.
  5. Image Delivery: Digital images will be delivered in a timely manner, as agreed upon between Kandid Keeno and the client. Kandid Keeno is not responsible for any loss or damage to images once they have been delivered to the client.
  6. Client Cooperation: Kandid Keeno are expected to cooperate with the photographer and follow any instructions provided during the session. Kandid Keeno is not responsible for unsatisfactory results due to lack of cooperation or adherence to instructions.
  7. Liability: Kandid Keeno will take reasonable care to ensure the safety of clients and their property during photo sessions. However, Kandid Keeno is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the course of the session.
  8. Changes to Terms: Kandid Keeno reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the client to review these terms periodically for any changes.
